How we test
- One fictional test business. Every tool gets the same business info, so the comparison is fair.
- The same script for every tool. Identical calls, form submissions, or tasks, with tricky cases included on purpose.
- Recorded on screen. Every test is captured, and we keep the recordings and raw scores.
- A published rubric. Scores come from a written rubric. Pricing is checked on the vendor's own page on test day.
- No paid placement. Affiliate links are disclosed and never change a score.
